After 5 years of not needing any medical care due to extremely good health, I called to find id been dropped as a patient. When I showed up in person to reenroll in March of 2026, I was told to come back in April. I went back in April as requested, and was told to come back the second week of August 2026. Im so disgusted that I went to another insured in network clinic not affiliated with CHC and even though I was a new patient I got an appointment within the month. On another note, when I was going to this facility, I had terrible experiences with ob/gyn care on multiple occasions. And one good thing, the urgent care clinic when I was a patient was always efficient. If you are okay with long wait times, and aren't overly concerned about what patient care means and have a high tolerance to being given excuses this establishment will meet your needs. But if you're sensitive, have chronic issues, and need specialty care referrals and frequent medical needs and services without delay please find another network provider.

My doctor was late to every single appointment. Sometimes over an hour late. They never answer the phone. It takes months to get an appointment. This scummy place dismissed me while I was in the middle of a mental health crisis, which was caused by one of their providers telling me to change my medications for no reason.

Such a rude receptionist(lady)! I work as a front desk receptionist, and I know how days could be bad, but I would never treat my customers like that. So unprofessional!!

Shannon Kelly the front desk person in the dental office is amazing. She always displays excellent customer service skillset to me and to everyone when I come in. She is spot on with whom to talk to faxing information to referrals that are in network with my insurance provider is unmatched. Dr. Shilpa Joshi and the my dental assistant check in person that did my x-rays was awesome in there health care. I'm scheduled for oral surgery to relieve my pain all because of the Great staff at Committee Health Care. I will be back for a cleaning and tell other's to come here. I appreciate 🙏 you all. Sincerely J
